Absolutely amazing and beautiful café located right in the historical center of the town. We ordered coffee and mulled wine which were very tasty. It was one of a few places that were opened on 1st of January. Many thanks for that. The service is great, prices are reasonable, so highly recommend to visit.

We went there in Saturday morning for breakfast and the staff were super nice and welcoming. They have a greay variety of hot/cold beverages and food. We ordered the classic german apfel strudel, tea, cappuccino and a chocolate cake, they were absolutely delicious! I did request a coffee with oat drink but unfortunately that wasn't available. I would definitely recommend this cafe and the apfel strudel.

Very awful service, despite reservation 2 weeks ahead and let them know that we are big group they were not at all able to handle anything, not at all and we had to literally serve the drinks by ourselves to our guests. Worst experience for us trying to celebrate there...

Went for drinks with a group of 20+ people at 1 am on a Saturday, and the service was impeccable. Their official closing time is 2 am, but the waiters said that they’ll stay for as long the customers do - which for many ended up extending beyond the official closing time. They even served coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks, which many bars in Göttingen would not do so late at night. Hats off to the ultra-patient staff.
