Don Williamson★★★★★Incredible restaurant in Halle (Saale). We obviously went because of the rave reviews and it did not disappoint. This restaurant deserves to at least be in the Michelin Guide, much more be considered for a star! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We had the Carpaccio and the Goat Cheese for starters and enjoyed the veal cheeks, alchemistenschnitzel (their house special), and the Dorade fish. Pair it with either a gewurtstremeiner wine or the raspberry lemonade. This is one of the best restaurants in Halle!

The food quality is excellent, taste very good, in the menu you will find plenty of dishes and drinks, for sure something you would like to try. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. I recommend you to make a reservation in peak hours.
