Tiefenthal is a very nice local restaurant, and it has a very good seating capacity, especially in warm weather when it has a large outdoor area. The interior is lovely and it’s like sitting in a restaurant in the 1960’s with beautiful wood furniture and wall paneling. There is a fantastic bar in the entrance floor level of the restaurant. The staff is wonderful - attentive and very friendly and you get a warm welcome the minute you walk in the door. The menu isn’t huge but has a sufficient amount of dishes to choose from. This restaurant is amazing! I love the atmosphere and their menu is simple but in a good way, as everything they serve is exceptional and delicious, I have been coming here for years, now and then, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of what I ate. The service is beautiful as are the staff. I only had a coffee but was welcomed in and offered a table by the window for as long as I chose even though it was just before a busy lunch period on Saturday, I realised after. I would like to say a special thank you to the owner's wife, who I understand from the staff was the lady who was so welcoming to me.
