The food was incredibly tasty, full of flavor, and felt freshly made. It might be considered fast food, but the quality is outstanding. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Carlos Sabroso restaurant I ordered the same dish I usually have. Because of a health condition, I politely asked the staff member who served me if it would be possible to divide the portion into two plates so it could be shared. He was very kind and helpful and agreed to do so without any issue. However, when I went to pay, another staff member a man wearing glasses and with visible tattoos informed me that I had to pay for two portions instead of one.
