I’m usually not a big fan of döner, but this place got me hooked. The sourdough bread is amazing and makes a huge difference. The shredded meat is flavorful, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. Definitely try it with the butter sauce—it takes it to another level. Highly recommended! Expect some time extra for waiting and also finding a table for dining in the europassage food court.

This place used to be one of my absolute favorite Döner shops in Hamburg. For a long time, I would happily queue up because the food was worth the wait — juicy meat, fresh salad, and great taste overall. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill quite a bit lately. The meat has become noticeably dry and lacks the flavor it once had. It feels like they are rushing the preparation and not paying the same attention to quality anymore. Today finally I took the time to stay in line. Hand stopped 53minutrs from waiting to order till we received the food. I have been there todaY(Saturday) at lunch time. We took with extra meat took the sourdough Kebap. Now I know what he is saying about juicy meat. Sauce was not necessary (had ferhat Joghurt) didn't taste anything. My Kebap Fell apart cause it was so juicy the meat. Meat definitely super juicy and U could see it also on the "Spieß". Was it a great Kebap? Yes it was. Was it necessary the extra meat? We waited 15 minutes in the line, which is a bit weird for a shopping mall store.You don’t wait that long for your food though. Döner was so heavy. I could cook another meal from leftover oil. Meat was good but halfway through you want to close your eyes and sleep for hours.
