This was such a great find. Gem of a restaurant. We were in Heidelberg from Los Angeles for a wedding and tried this place. The service was great and very friendly and the food was excellent we tried the Chenjeh Soltani and the koobideh kebab and they were done to perfection. The stews like the ghormeh sabzi and gheymeh were excellent as well. We truly enjoyed the food and highly recommend it.

The food quality here is undeniably high, but what personally left me disappointed was the lack of the warm Persian hospitality I was expecting. We had booked a table for two, and during the reservation process nobody asked about seating preferences. When we arrived, we politely asked if we could sit at a different table than the one assigned to us, especially since the restaurant was still almost empty at that point. I had a very nice experience here. very much family vibe, the absolutely friendly and polite staff. The food was also really good. I had what you see in the photo: Kaske Bademjoon (well prepared and delicious), Baghali Polo ba Mahiche, Chenje Soltani, and for drinks we had Coke Zero, Wine and a bottle of water. Decent price.
