The tomato sauce was intense, fresh, and wonderfully balanced—not too sour, not too sweet. The yogurt was creamy and pleasantly cool, just the right contrast to the warm sauce. I was particularly impressed by the crispy, buttery flatbread, which perfectly absorbed all the flavors. The grilled green peppercorns and tomatoes added the finishing touch. An İskender as it should be: authentic, hearty, and simply unforgettable.
