The driver was incredibly rude. He didn't greet me when I got in, I had to fish the food out of the box myself, and when I told him I'd already tipped him, he told me in a whiny voice that his boss doesn't give him anything. The food itself is fine, but because of an experience like this (my third time ordering from them over the years), I really need to think twice before ordering from them again.

The delivery drivers really need to be replaced; almost all of them are very unfriendly, unpleasant, and on top of that, they're after tips. It's a real shame because it makes me reluctant to order from Burg Park, even though I really like the food. Perhaps a well-known, large delivery platform with external suppliers would be a better option, as I have several friends who feel the same way. The only decent driver is one of the younger guys with black hair and a full beard—kudos to him. Ordered gyros again after a long time. I compared several reviews and food photos from places near Hürth and ended up here. The Metaxa and regular gyros were really delicious, and the portions were very large, but also reasonable considering the price. We were able to eat for two days! :) We would definitely order again.
