Pizza was raw in the middle and all over meh. The Espresso was brought without a glass of water and when I asked for it since it supposed to be an Italian restaurant, I was told no and I can only purchase water. The waiter was nice though.

My family and I were visiting for Easter and we had the best time. Our waiter was super friendly and talked with us about where we're from and even played my wingman when I mentioned that the bartender was cute. (All the waiters were total Snacks, something for everyone, we highly recommend.) The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. You could tell the staff actually enjoyed their jobs.

Tonight, my family and I went to the L’Osteria. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza and Margherita, along with Carpaccio as a starter. The food was absolutely delicious. The waiter who served us, named Yusuf, took great care of us. The atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

We have visited this pizzeria many times before, but this visit was very disappointing. When we arrived, nobody greeted us, even though the waiter clearly saw us. He only approached when a queue started to form behind us. The restaurant was very noisy and noticeably dirty — there were crumbs and pieces of food on the floor and on the tables. The waiter serving us was unfriendly and avoided our table as much as possible. We waited a long time for our pizzas, and when another waiter finally brought them, both were only lukewarm.
