I went to this bakery today and it was an absolute disgrace. Even though it was only moderately busy, the saleswoman was completely overwhelmed. Instead of serving customers politely, she snapped at them in an incredibly rude tone: "Get in a proper queue!" – I've never experienced anything like it in a bakery before. Anyone who shops here should be prepared to take home not only bread rolls, but also a bad mood.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food. Only on the ambiance, which is incredibly lovely for a bakery, and the staff. And the staff are so kind and helpful; many people could learn a thing or two from them. A girl hadn't gotten off the train after her school trip. The bakery was supposed to be the meeting point for the police, the parents, and the girl. Unfortunately, she had also gotten off at the wrong place. The cake was quite tasty, but the service was terrible. She wasn't interested in helping us choose anything from the kitchen. We felt like we were bothering her, even though we were the only ones at the counter at the time. Unfortunately, there weren't any name tags on the cakes, otherwise we could have found out ourselves. We won't be back anytime soon.
