Really friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere but the food really let the place down. Me and my wife dined here on a Friday evening. We were seated without a reservation - that was appreciated. The restaurant was busy and from the onset we realized that the staff were rushed off their feet. Our drinks took 15 minutes to arrive. What we ordered was not served to us. The taali was mis-sold even after we asked in detail what dishes would be served. The lamb was disgusting. There is no other way of putting it. I ordered butter chicken and out came a chicken dish that was nothing of the sort.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taj Mahal Restaurant in Ingolstadt, and I was thoroughly impressed. As an Indian food enthusiast, I was craving a taste of home, and Taj Mahal did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Paneer Kadai, which came with a generous portion of basmati rice. The paneer was cooked to perfection, and the curry was flavorful and spicy, just as I had requested. What a place ! Loved it ! We tried the buffet. For the price, we had an option try all their dishes. Pakoras, samosas, mixed grill tellers, planner, and many more. Recommend the buffet.

Food took a really long time to arrive. The spicy stuff were just spice and no flavour. We were not informed the stones were hot and ended up burning myself. The meat was way too though and chewy.
