I order every week using mobile order - a drink and a muffin. Sometimes when I show up, the order isn’t sitting there, because they just opened and the ticket machine didn’t print the order. I also sometimes receive my order without the muffin, but I just show them the receipt so they know I already paid, and then they hand it to me. I’ve never had a real problem with the service. People in the reviews here just like to complain that Starbucks is expensive and the staff is rude. But I’m not going to Starbucks for cheap coffee and friendly smiles. I was here today with my aunt. I ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes. I was told I can not order them because I do not have the Srarbucks app. Maybe it should not be included on the meue board as we are back if you can only get it with the app. P.S I just want a latte not an extra app.
