Such a cute spot! They have lovely wooden floors and chairs, fur cushions on the benches, warm lights, and an inviting atmosphere. They serve gluten free pastries and really good coffee. The staff are very kind:))

If you're heading to Viktoriapark (and it's really nothing special in the summer), I can recommend you to have some coffee and relax in the FreiRaum. I doesn't look special from the outside and the view is not great (just the road), but the inside is pleasant, cozy and the place is far away from crowds. The coffee was good, the same as freshly squeezed orange juice, and the cheesecake was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the place overall will give you a relaxed and homelike feeling. Unfortunately, there's no photo of the cheesecake, I just ate it too fast. :)

Genuinely my current favorite cafe to work from in Berlin. WiFi is great, service is really nice, and all the homemade cakes are wonderful. I’ve had the basque style cheesecake numerous times now. The ambiance is very cute and the bathroom is easily accessible. Just as an FYI - if you pay with card for something under 10€ there is a 1€ fee. Paying in cash is pretty normal here but some tourists may not be aware.
