Today, November 27th, at about 2:15 PM, we ordered our meal from the self-service machine, including coffee and ice cream for dessert. We asked at the register if they could provide the coffee and ice cream after the meal, and the manager said it wasn't possible. The mistake was ours, but it's not difficult for them, and we would have preferred to have the coffee hot.

The cashier/ manager was very rude and aggressive throwing her arms around because my friends and I couldn't speak German. Luckily a nice German girl helped us all order. The girl ordered for me and asked the cashier to not put mayonnaise in my burger, after sitting down I realised they had put some in so I told them (through translate on my phone) I didn't want it as I was allergic, she threw her arms around again shouting at me in front of everyone saying "if I was allergic, I should have said so" as if me saying I didn't want it in the first place wasn't enough. I was normally satisfied here. Only the fries could have been more baked. The hamburger as standard at McDonald's was small. Service is fine, you can also speak English.

And again they forget 2 cheeseburgers in the order. Always check your food at this McDonald's it happends verry often that they forget a part of you order at drive through
