Normally, I'm used to a different food and service. I don't know if the owners have changed. Today I ordered a Metaxa gyro and waited 1.5 hours for it. The driver arrived with a bottle of Mezzo Mix as an apology, which was fine. Because I didn't want fries and my order was under the €20 minimum, I paid €17 and didn't tip €2-4.50 this time. When I started eating, I noticed that the Metaxa and the pepperoni were missing. When I asked about it, they said, "Oh, we're so sorry." I felt a bit cheated. I've never experienced anything like that with them before. It's a real shame.
