Nice Filippino breakfast/lunch joint. Colorful, islandish. The prices vs the size are definitely not low, it seems to be the trend with ethnic cuisines. However, the food is yummy and unique. The menu has few sections - pancakes (savory and sweet), two rice dishes, two little snacks, homemade lemonades, sodas, drinks. At the counter you can see cakes of the day (mostly variations of the cheesecake). Really cool place that offers the brunch classics but also Philipen food: I highly recommend the apple pie pancakes but also try out the rice pudding porridge, very delicious. The coffee is also very good. The service staff is very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to be there. I would recommend to reserve a table beforehand as it can get quite busy. My only negative point is that the extras (e.g. we had jam and apple sauce) are very expensive. I think the additional jam was 2.2€ which for the portion size is a bit much in my opinion.
