We arrived at Lukas' coming from the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek. We parked in a side street. Lukas features an impressingly big window front looking onto the busy square in front of the Castle-like portals of the Sächsischer Bayerscher Bahnhof - downside: on a cold morning, it can be rather umcomfortably chilly in the seats next to the windows. The service personnel does a great job! 👍 Note that the ladies' and the gentlemen's toilets are on opposite sides of the shop.

This is a pleasant spot to relax. The coffee is average, neither exceptional nor terrible, but the desserts are fantastic. However, I find it a bit confusing that there is a code required to enter the women's restroom while the men's restroom is accessible without one.
