Bland mass produced pastries served by very unhappy people. Saturday morning 06/12/2025 the red haired woman mumbled swear words and shouted at me when I kindly asked if she speaks English. As I started trying to order in German even showing her pictures and German text of what I want to order, I was taken aback by the way she kept shouting in German at me. They forgot to include cutlery on our plates twice and had to interrupt them to ask for cutlery as they’d never even look at you, much less ask for what you need. Not the best breakfast but at least the place is comfortable. Good cappuccino and orange use. Sadly the Chicken salad was mot good enough.

I visited this café in Leipzig yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff didn’t speak English, which I understand can happen, but the bigger issue was their attitude. They spoke German in a very abrupt and rude manner, and they made no effort to assist us or be patient. This is the first time in all my travels that I’ve encountered such unhelpful and unfriendly service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service.

Looks great and has a huge offer of pastries and drinks. There is enough space for big groups, with several big (wooden) tables around. You can also sit facing the window, observing passengers walking by. The cappuccino ordered wasn't my taste, but what do you expect from a full-automated coffee maker. Oat milk wasn't available as well (means, room for improvement). The "Berliner" were tasty, but too sweets and with too much sugar on top. Service was quick. In general all fine.
