I rarely leave reviews_ but thought I would share. Stayed a few nights here. Great location, great food, comfortable rooms . Terrific showers/water pressure!!?but the best part about this place is the people. The folks who worked there were so thoughtful and kind, and fun to get to know! We didn't speak much German at all, so getting around and such was a challenge. Trying to make it to the train to visit Berlin _ we were unprepared. The owner/manager drove us right to the train station- amazingly gracious. Arthur, who was tending bar ( great drinks)in the evening allowed for some more time

Nice little hotel and an older building on the edge of town for a reasonable price. Clean nice rooms. breakfast is included; offers variety, a good coffee made just for you, and is higher quality than you would get at a comparably priced place in the US. English is limited so that may be consideration for some travelers. Probably best if you have a car as there’s not a whole lot nearby. I never did get the Wi-Fi to work, but it didn’t try too hard because we only stayed one night. they were very nice to me and overall good experience: recommended.

Reception closes extremely early, the staff do not know English. Called the number on the door, the person who answered kept telling me “no English” and did not help me. Had to wait out in the cold for an hour and eventually left for another hotel for the first night. The second night we found out that our room has a double bed despite the fact we specifically asked for 2 separate beds. The blankets were thin despite the fact it was snowing outside. The last night I was there, the heating stopped working completely and there was no warm water for a shower. To top it all off, breakfast was gros
