I would like to give a higher score because my son and his Grandma enjoyed a nice dinner here. However a couple of easily resolvable problems frustrated us. Firstly - no online table bookings is frustrating but calling the number on the website (8 times over 3 days during opening hours) and sending an email resulted in no response. Had my son not desperately wanted to try it out that would have been the end for me. Secondly - The Sparkasse Knax (kids club) voucher was not handled as per the terms written. It stated that one person would receive a discount on their total meal however upon study

I did not like one thing - cocktails are done from artificial instead natural/ fresh ingredients, but I still think it is very nice place to have a dinner with nice ambience.
