A few months back I had the absolute best Shawerma (Syrian döner) and fried chicken, but the quality has somewhat decreased. A week ago I came and was served cold shawerma with a completely different type of bread, unmelted cheese, and stale fries. On top of that, all menus were increased by 1-2 euros despite the drop in quality! I love you guys but you need to keep your quality up to standard. Also, I understand the self-service system, but tables are left unattended and with unclean dishes for a long while, so please let the staff take
