I used to be really satisfied with this place but after today my view on this restaurant changed a little. The service is really nice! They answer your questions and don't make you feel stupid. My sister had a little accident and the staff was really kind and ready to help. The food was really good as well all though I didn't eat the entire pizza because it's so big!! Something that really stressed me out today though was seeing a mouse/rat in the eating area. The image of seeing a mouse running around on a food restaurants floor is... disgusting. Piccanti Lüneburg provided a truly delightful dining experience. The service was exceptional; our waiter was incredibly attentive and polite, while also maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor. He was very helpful in guiding us through the menu with excellent recommendations. We also appreciated him checking in to see how we were enjoying our meal. He even graciously agreed to a photo! The food itself was also excellent. We ordered pizza and salad, and both were very tasty. I would highly recommend Piccanti for their wonderful service and delicious food.

Visited on our one day trip to Lüneburg. The pizzas were big, I couldn’t finish mine. Nothing special in the taste, they were good. Service is fast, the location is also good, the place is big, except for the tables that are outside, they also have like a small garden. The only thing that I didn’t like were the dirty tables.
