Edit 5/6/2026: Never again Subway. My complaint was answered with a Persian message from the branch manager. So, apparently, head office just forwards it without comment, even though it was addressed to management. Thanks to a translator, it turned out to be just a generic, run-of-the-mill response: "I'm sorry you were dissatisfied." That's it. And then another email in German asking me to rate my experience. What a farce. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. That's why I've reduced the service rating to one star. Even that's too much. Original review: Stay away from this bra

It's just sad what you have to put up with these days. I placed an order here via Uber Eats. I was given a delivery window of 20-40 minutes. After more than an hour, our food arrived, but unfortunately, it was completely wrong. Okay, these things happen. I called and was assured that I would receive a new order in about 30 minutes.
