Hans im Glück in Munich is a burger experience unlike any other — and I mean that in the best way possible. First, the setting: you walk in and feel like you've stepped into an enchanted birch forest. The décor is stunning — tall birch tree trunks, hanging greenery, warm lighting — it creates a fairy-tale atmosphere that is completely unique and unlike any burger place you've ever been to. Still just as good as we remembered from 9 years ago! The burgers were delicious, the manager was delighted to hear we had visited before and kindly treated us to cheesecake, and Reda provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

Last minute change of plan, glad we did. Great vegan burger - choice of 8 vegan and 8 vegetarian burgers! Our waiter was friendly and made sure everything was OK a couple of times; he was quick and efficient. Lots of space inside the restaurant if you can’t get an outdoor table. Good range of soft drink/refresher options as well as alcoholic drinks, including cocktails. We found it good value for money.

It’s a nice place overall. I really enjoyed the burgers, and especially their iced teas, which are delicious. I do think the burgers are a bit overpriced, but the ambiance is very cool and makes the experience enjoyable.
