The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it the perfect spot to grab a quick, delicious bite. If you’re a fan of falafel, this place is a must-visit! Shubham Verma★Staff is always quite rude, but we'd still go sometimes. However today they were absolutely rude, ignored us and served the next 10 people before us. Charged us for the 2 sandwiches we wanted but only gave us 1, and were too busy to even listen to us about the wrong order. I can understand being busy, but I don't understand being disrespectful. Not okay :(( Not to mention that the sandwich was quite bad due to the rush hour, missed adding the vegetables properly and the bread was not good.
