I very rarely give 5 stars, but this bakery truly deserves it. Its centrally located in Neumunster old town The lady who served us, was super nice, to recommend all of German favorites we must try All food tastes very good The restaurant section is very cozy to hang around. This is a MUST visit bakery, they have a number of branches all over Germany. Note: as per law, shops and bakeries might be closed on Sundays… plan accordingly 😉

The place was full of wasps including on top of the food. For me what felt the worst was that it seemed like the staff wasn't so worried about it. The staff kept serving food like normal. Some sliding doors to keep the food closed would be enough to avoid this disgusting sight.

We'd prefer not to give any stars at all… First off: the young woman is excluded from this review. The advice and service are absolutely abysmal! If you go to the bakery at 8:00 a.m. to buy rolls, it's understandable that they might not have any in stock. However, it's incredibly disrespectful and racist to blame the Eid al-Fitr festival and the customers for this! They expect customers to pre-order. But they could just as easily do their research beforehand and profit from such days. As a tip: if there's direct contact with customers, they should receive training in communication and custom

Simply fantastic! The value for money is excellent. For just under €25, we got a fantastic breakfast with lots of extras. The lovely lady handled all our requests with a warm smile. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was incredibly friendly, and we felt completely at ease. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast!
