The location and design of this bar are truly fantastic, offering an amazing view of the city. Unfortunately, the level of service we experienced did not quite match the premium setting. The staff we interacted with seemed unenthusiastic and rarely smiled, which was a bit disappointing since it was clear we were there to celebrate a birthday. We also had a frustrating experience at reception. Even though the venue did not appear to be at capacity, the hostess required a friend from our party to come down 14 floors to escort us upstairs before she would allow us in. I went there with a local friend. The weather was perfect and we had awesome views. The drinks was okay (I forgot to take photos) but I think it is an amazing place to go to have a great view of the city, specially the weather is Sunny and you can see it far. The best thing is it opens during the day. Highly recommend for a drink at the night or an afternoon tea.
