Espressolab is the perfect spot for coffee lovers and high-quality pastries. The place has a modern, cozy, and quiet atmosphere, great for relaxing or getting some work done. I had a delicious wrap with fresh, well-balanced ingredients, paired with a perfectly made specialty coffee. The highlight of my visit was the cheesecake—amazingly smooth and creamy, one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was friendly and attentive, and the price-quality ratio is excellent, which isn’t always easy to find in a city like Nuremberg. Definitely a must-visit for a great coffee and food experience.

The iced coffee options are more diverse than usually offered in Germany. If you dine in, you’ll receive a chemistry-style beaker with your drink, which is fun. The iced latte I ordered had sufficient espresso and ice cubes, unlike most independent German cafes that give you basically all milk and just a meager one or two ice cubes. The food options need work though. Most savory items are overpriced and look unappetizing. The sweet treats seem okay though, so that’s the way to go.
