This is Ramen-Heaven! You have to try this place. This is by far the most authentic Ramen I have tried outside of Japan. I would also absolutely recommend to try their Gyoza! Very thin rice dough and a very rich filling. Served crispy on a platter with yuzu soja. Absolutely a delight. This place immediately advanced to my favourite spots along the A5. The ambience is very cozy, japanese. I loved especially the artwork displayed on the walls. The surrounding is very picturesque with an old town charme. I am highly recommending this place. Had a lovely Valentine’s dinner at Ramen Tatsu Offenburg with my boyfriend. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming — perfect for a date night. We ordered Golden Fried Prawns, Chicken Gayoga, and two types of Ramen bowls. The ramen was okay, but the prawns were amazing — so good that I ordered a second round! One small thing: the first portion of prawns had 4 pieces, but the second had only 3.When we asked, we were told the pieces were “bigger,” but honestly, they looked the same size to us. We arrived a bit early, but they were willing to serve us right away. The food was very tasty, but it's not the best Ramen I've ever had. Besides that, it was obvious that some frozen ingredients were use. Especially noticable as the egg was still very cold in its center. That being said, I would return here :)
