First, the location is excellent, with an inviting entrance and outdoor seating next to a beautiful church in the medieval Altstadt. The interior is impeccably clean, with their enticing pastries greeting customers as well as helpful staff. In fact, this establishment has some of the best service I experienced in Germany, in that it was prompt, professional, helpful, enthusiastic and genuinely friendly. The pastries melted in our mouths and was accompanied with excellent cappuccinos. Absolutely worth a visit.
