The way one of the staff members behaved with my husband and I ruined not only my experience, but also my entire day. It’s sad that such a beautiful place is ruined by mean and rude staff. I wanted to visit more often when I first saw the place, but due to the mistreatment I experienced there, I’ll never ever go back.

Incredibly bad café Please don't misunderstand, the location is great, the café is beautifully decorated, and there's a lovely view outside. The quality of the cakes, coffee, and rolls is excellent. So why this rating? It's clearly due to the staff! Here are several examples: Today (Sunday) at 12:00 PM, two employees were in the café and explained that the café was closed due to staff shortages. This meant that you could order a coffee and cake to go, but not eat in. With an outside temperature of 7°C (45°F), they offered that you could sit outside. But the café is fully lit, heated, and

We had reserved a table for eight people for breakfast, but it wasn't set and the tables weren't even connected. We had to collect everything piecemeal from the counter. They were out of eggs, but they did get some, and by then we'd already finished breakfast. The staff was completely disorganized and overwhelmed. This was the second time this had happened, so we'll be looking for a different breakfast spot for a group like this in the future. It's a real shame.
