I booked online and waited around an hour and a half, only to still need “approval” for both the table and the waiting list. There was no clear notification that the booking could not be accepted, which left us waiting unnecessarily. Even Michelin star restaurants can tell you whether they have tables or not. What kind of customer service is this? The staff said they were overwhelmed, but if that is the case, the restaurant should either limit book
