Unfortunately, I had a bad experience today. I came to the store with my daughters and I was in a hurry to catch my train, so I made sure my order was on a separate receipt and placed first so I wouldn’t cause any pressure or inconvenience to the staff and could quickly take my order and leave. When I saw my drink was ready, I politely reminded the employee that I ordered it without whipped cream and with extra mango. Super sweet place to be for the first time for some hot drinks. The crowd was just super loud, because there are so many people chatting and talking it seemed like everyone was almost screaming to hear each other. But maybe I was just unlucky that they too. The stuff was super nice, they have board games and a giant plushie Capybara to hug too! Love the design which feels pretty normal after being inside for 3 min already. Okay reasonable prices, the fancy stuff is a little expensive though.
