The best, authentic Chinese/Cantonese restaurant in Hamburg. Would even give 11 stars, if I could! Last time, we tried the knusprig gegrilltes Spanferkel (pre-ordered) — incredibly tender on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Highly recommended! The dim sum, especially the har gow, is also a real highlight. Handmade, with perfectly thin wrappers and very flavorful shrimp. Prices are very fair for the quality. The service is super nice and friendly. Evenings are usually quite busy, so booking in advance is recommended. I’ve also tried the lunch menu — equally delicious, though

This is the first time I visited Hamburg and I am from HongKong. I can say this is a very authentic Cantonese restaurant 😋 I am amazed that they made a very delicious 炸両 (rice roll with crispy dough), it would be great if they would have 甜醬&麻醬 to come with it. I highly recommend this restaurant! 👌🏻
