We were actually going to a different place first but the The Alchemist caught our eyes instantly. And sheesh, lucky us for trying out the place! The insides look like a fancy, premium like night/jazz club but with relaxed vibes. The cocktail & drink menu is something I have never seen before, crazy mixology and dry ice shenanigans which look and taste divine. But the main thing...The tacos with chimichurri.. Man. We had a lot of fun at the Alchemist. It makes for a great date night. The fun drinks create a unique experience. Our favorite was definitely the screwball- soo tasty! And the small plates were good. I really the liked the buttermilk chicken. It was so crispy and the sauce it came with was great.
