Edit : Ive seen improvement in customer service and the coffee drinks than before. however, only 2 employees are friendly, the others are quite cold and condescending especially the blonde employee with blue eyes I don't understand how hard it is to offer a decent customer service and not to be rude as a human being ( I used to work in coffeeshop & restaurants too) and after so many complaints on google map review regarding the service and I did personally contact their customer service, they still keep .this.kind of.employee that make people feel unwelcomed I used to be a regular here but

This is one of the best starbucks store I have ever been to! The location being near the Münster, especially in summer, allows you to enjoy the city and always have an access to a good drink to go. The atmosphere is nice and similar to what you expect from a starbucks store, but as a plus its always extremely clean. But the best thing about this store is the staff and customer experience for sure! Without a doubt staff is always lovely, nice and helpful ☺️

Not sure why we were charged the full price for 3/4 cup of coffee. Every one of our drinks was under filled. Very unsatisfactory for the price paid.

Well located and cozy spot to chill with a good cup of coffee. The staff was nice and it’s a great place to read, work, or catch up with friends. Always nice to have a familiar place like this around!
