I'm thrilled!!! This was my first time ordering online, and of course, I read the reviews. Naturally, I wanted to see for myself, and I was truly delighted. The food arrived 45 minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time on the website (90 minutes were quoted). The driver was incredibly kind, and the food was an absolutely delicious feast! Absolutely top-notch and 5 stars! I will definitely recommend you, and you will now be my favorite schnitzel delivery service. Namaste.

We ordered food today through Haus Lenk's website. The food was good, as always, but unfortunately, it arrived almost 1.5 hours late. When we called, we were told there was a problem with the driver. It would have been great if Haus Lenk had called them themselves to let them know there was a problem and that the food would be delayed.

We've been waiting almost 4 hours for our food!!!! We ordered it at 6:30 pm! This is unacceptable and completely out of line!!! People are usually tolerant and don't complain about a 1.5-hour wait, but 4 hours is absolutely ridiculous! Our evening is ruined and we've long since lost our appetite 😕 The food is always great, but you really need to improve your delivery times.

We ordered online and, unbelievably, had to wait over 2.5 hours for three schnitzels. Only after a phone call were we told we were next in line and that it was incredibly busy (Thursday, less than 1 km from our house)... questionable. From ordering to receiving the food, we were more hungry than Swiss cheese.
