I’ve seen quite a number of bad reviews about this restaurant, but I still decided to visit—this time on a low budget, just to be on the safer side. First things first, the ambience is undeniably beautiful. I’d comfortably rate it an 7/10. The space is aesthetically pleasing and definitely the kind of place you’d want to sit and unwind. Now to the food,I ordered a latte and a chocolate croissant. The latte was alright—not the best, not the worst, just decent enough. But the real issue was the croissant. For something advertised as a chocolate croissant, there was absolutely no chocolate inside. Instead, they sprinkled what looked like half a sachet of Top Choco over it, thinking that would do the trick. It didn’t. To make it worse, I’m quite sure it was fried because the smell was off and didn’t match what a croissant should taste or smell like. It was disappointing, especially for such a beautiful space. I visited TEN25 Restaurant on Sunday, January 11 with a friend and her nieces specifically for pancakes for the children. Before ordering, we confirmed with the waiter that pancakes were available. Based on that confirmation, we placed the pancake order immediately along with drinks. Despite ordering first, our table experienced significant delays and inconsistencies. Drink orders were changed after 30 minutes due to “unavailability,” yet tables that arrived after us received the same items without issue. After more than an hour, only one pancake was served. We were then informed the restaurant had run out of batter, while later-arriving tables had already been served pancakes. We agreed to wait an additional 30–40 minutes after being told another pancake could be made. After waiting again, no food arrived only the check. I joined a group for a sip and paint here. The cafe is located in a huge apartment complex. Their sitting area is weird. You’d have to enter the building before you see the bar or you might sit out for a while unattended to. The bar area is pretty .. lots of green and stones on the floor . We tried their pancakes , it was a definite 9 out of 10. Very creamy and so fluffy and delicious. The chicken bacon creamy pasta didn’t cut it. It was not good. The staff kept getting orders wrong. They seemed overwhelmed by the crowd from the sip and paint. Overall , so so, but nice pancake , I’d give you that.

The atmosphere is a really good vibe. The servers were so nice and helpful. The food is also delicious and the portion size is actually good. They also have local games like Oware and Ludo and other games like Scrabble and Checkers. I would recommend for anyone who wants a nice place for a girl's day out or a friendly hangout.

Ten25 Cafe Shop is getting a 3 star although its one of the beautiful places I have visited. Will explain that under my GOOD and BAD sections. Let’s start with the BAD. I went there on a Sunday although on google it’s said to be closed. I’m having that reviewed anyway. Also, the washroom wasn’t as neat as expected (maybe cos it was a rainy Sunday the cleaners couldn’t make it). However, I was expecting washing powder to be a substitute for hand or liquid soaps 🥹 and there were no paper towels to dry my hands after washing them. Again, the female washroom door lock is broken. Honestly was uncomfortable taking a piss cos, I was scared someone would bump into me considering that the male and female washrooms are at the same place😔☹️. The food took way too long. I was the 2nd customer there and my food came after 35mins. I was famished 😅 The GOOD💕 The place has a very calm atmosphere and it wasn’t busy . Had it not been a rainy day I would have taken amazing pictures. I guess Sunda
