Mama Cuisine hits the spot. It is the perfect place to sit outdoors, either with a breeze or fans blowing, and enjoy Ghanaian cuisine and their expansive selection of Tale house-made beer. It is located inside the Alliance Francaise compound. The roast chicken, mashed yam, and sauce really hit the spot after an exhausting day of sightseeing. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. As a solo female traveler, I had zero anxiety or concerns. The hospitality was genuinely warm and efficient. I look forward to going back during my stay in Ghana!

Mama cooks a great place I loved the setting, the reception was at the top, I was accompanied by friends we had a good time. Papa Cuisine which is located inside Alliance Francaise is one of the best places I have been so many times. I of course have my favorites and biggest reasons why I travel there to get myself some treats. Even though every waiter there now know what I am eating immediately I get there but what they don’t know is that I am so much with every food I try there. The Coconut Lime Rice is my number one choice with any sauce they have. The chicken coconut curry everyone should try that. They have a reasonable prices and have special prices for the the students at language school there. Think that’s really nice of them to think about the students. The have some simple and lovely flower decorations on a woodin pallets and that is so creative and lovely to see whiles relaxing and drinking or eating there. The waitresses are really nice, friendly and welcoming . For me this is one of the most important thing at any place. The space is spacious and sitting area under a shed with fresh air. Just

I visited for lunch on a weekday & had a great time. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was lovely & cool with lots of fans. I ordered the slow cooked beef short ribs with mashed potatoes and the portion was big. The plate was almost the size of 1 of the trays I use at home. The beef wast tender & the mash was smooth & creamy. 10/10 I would recommend & would definitely visit again with friends.
