“Food was delicious & very well presented! Great location with full harbour view! Service was definitely not fine dining standard, receptionist’s manner both on the phone & on site was appalling! Nevertheless a good restaurant for special occasions!”

Evee S★★★★We came during Chinese New Years for the special fireworks menu because all other locations were all booked out, for the price of $1988 HKD per person, and 10% service fee which I personally thought it was a bit on the pricier side. We had a few different options that also had Harbour view and a great view of the fireworks, plus slightly cheaper and the food was higher end of fine dining but they were all sold out so we came here instead. Dishes from the special menu all met expectations, however there should have been 10 courses instead of 7, the quantity should be improved for the price. The restaurant wasnt very full most likely because of this. Staff and service was decent, pacing of the dishes were also good, did not take too long and did not feel rushed as well. They were super gracious with presenting us small cakes to celebrate my inlaws anniversary and our wedding anniversary, I really appreciated this gesture.
Charles Yu★★★★★A meal with a view!! My last meal in Hong Kong, before flying home, was one of the most unexpected and enjoyable meals of my entire trip. Located at the water edge of the new West Kowloon Cultural Center Complex. PANO, a Pan- Asian/Continental fusion restaurant, commands a prime spot with an unobstructed, billion dollar panoramic harbour view. The menu offers eclectic and diverse prix-fixe tasting at a surprisingly affordable price point. Featuring an array of delectable and interesting options, the task of choosing and composing the various meal components was a most challenging one! Our party of four decided to treat all of our choices as communal dishes/properties and shared them amongst ourselves. Bread Basket Amuse bouche: - Aburi Brie and whipped Foie cream puffs Appetizers: - Yellow Fin Tuna, Avocado, Duck Foie Gras - Charcoal grilled Octopus with Rocket salad - Cream of Crabmeat and Fish chowder Mains: - Roasted crispy yellow skin chicken, white pepper, sand ginger,
Jimmy★★★★★Pano delivered a perfect experience for my proposal, far exceeding my hopes for both the food and service. I booked the entire venue, and Manager Stanley was exceptional. He personally helped me curate the menu in advance, and every single course was a hit with my guests. Stanley also went above and beyond, working seamlessly with my event planners to ensure the setup was just right. His professionalism and support made all the difference on such an important day.
maggie fung★★★★★Visited here on July 7th for the drone show. Nice view, nice food and excellent service. Fish maw with spagetti is a highlight in combining Chinese traditional ingredients to western cuisine. Another surprise is the bean curd ice cream which matches so perfectly! Recommend this place if you are looking for a fusion cuisine. Last but not least, thanks a lot for the birthday cake.
Ashley Chen★★★★★If you get tired of HK street food like I do, PANO would be a nice choice to pacify and comfort you stomach. I had 3 main courses for lunch ($389). Started with roasted pork belly and gem salad. Pork belly is a little bit smoky and grilled nicely without too much fat. Accompanied with fresh salad, including crunchy peeled cucumber, cherry tomato, sliced orange and leaves I can’t named. Dressing is-alike honey mustard, lightly sour and sweet, which is refreshing. Main course is barramundi (a kind of sea bass from Australia) with pomelo sauce. I was astonished by this main course since the fish fillet is cooked crispy on the skin side while flesh kept tender. You can tell that fish is fresh and high quality. And the fillet is hot and warm enough, while the temperature lasting for long til I had last my bite, which is brilliant. The pomelo sauce is impressive, too. It’s actually made of shrimp or lobster shell. Creamy with a taste and smell of ocean but not too thick and heavy, the sauc
Helen Yu (Chestnut Journal)★★★★Dining tends to be expensive at the West Kowloon Cultural District and Pano is certainly one of the more refined restaurants there. I think its greatest strength is actually the view. For the price you pay, the quality of the food is reasonable (quite good) but small portions. It claims to be a Japanese fusion, but my ibericho pork did taste just like char siu, the expensive kind. You do have to book in advance, I do not advise walk-in even for weekday lunch. I enjoyed my time there mostly due to the nice dining environment.

Kelvin Liu★★★★A tasty fine dining restaurant in the West Kowloon District. You can pick 2, 3 or 4 courses lunch set, ranging from $300 to $500. This is a small place restaurant but won't be too noisy, with the beautiful panorama view of the habour front. The foods are all fresh and well cooked 🍳 😋. I believe the cusines are some kinda fusion between French and Eastern style. On a whole, it is a wonderful lunch catch up with U-mates.
