The restaurant has nice, imposant high ceilings and feels quite cozy, despite its size. The food was ok, with a lot of hits and misses. Char Siu, roasted duck, and crispy pork were so so, the dofu dish was cold. The roasted chicken was good and so were the pea sprouts. Service couldn't crack a smile.

We had Cantonese cuisine at Dynasty with my mother and my son. We ordered four dishes: deep-fried dumplings (Ham Shui Gok), beef chee cheong fun, sweet and sour pork, and fish tofu with vegetables. Overall, everything tasted very good and was well prepared. The portions were quite generous — honestly, a bit too much for just two adults, but perfect for 3–4 people. The service was attentive and professional, and the view added to the dining experience. A nice bonus for Marriott Bonvoy members is that there is a dining discount available. Overall, a very enjoyable meal and we would be happy to return.

Top notch Hong Kong style dim sum with a stellar view of the harbour. The BBQ pork (char siu) was great, and each of the dim sum dishes were tasty as well. Service staff were efficient and well trained. However, it gets kind of annoying when some items have already been sold out by the time we sit down at 1:00pm, like the crispy pork（燒腩仔）; isn’t 1:00pm a standard time for lunch? How is it already sold out?

I really had a great experience at dynasty restaurant.The service was top notch at the restaurant. All the staff members were super attentive, especialy trainee Rose, Rose alway making sure water glasses/ tea cups were full all the time, cleaning out empty dishes and helping me with all other requests. She also served the dishes in short time. She introduced me 20% discount when I become Marriott Bonvoy members. Dynasty restaurant also have some half priced dishes for Bonvoy members as well. I really really satisfied, I will come back many times with my family.

Dynasty is located within Renaissance hotel, offering traditional HK disappointed, including few dim sum items. Some of my family members in HK claimed it to be one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong. Certainly when I walked into the restaurant, I was amazed by their incredible interior and dining space, also had the view of the harbor. They have huge dining hall that easily fits few hundred guests. We ordered pearl shrimp dumplings, crab cake, roasted duck and waygu beef noodles soup for our meal. All the items had amazing flavor. Roasted duck had delicious crispy skin. I had never seen waygu beef in a soup dish before. The soup was mixed with vegetables, little spicy, but full of flavor. The service was top notch at the restaurant. All the staff members were super attentive, making sure water glasses/ tea cups were full all the time, cleaning out empty dishes and helping guests with all other requests.
