Patang Hotel is related with legacy for our family..Since childhood we used to hear experience from my father and father in law regarding Patang Hotel in their young age..Me and my husband went in year 2010 to celebrate his birthday and had good experience that time..Whenever we used to pass by Patang, always tell our kids that we visited here...So for their own experience and to relive our visit there, we chose to go on Our anniversary and that was a pleasant experience..||Booking experience: As we visited this place within a month of it's restart; we had to book it well in advance; as for 4 people most of the times slots are sold out. so it is recommend to book earlier for preferred date or be ready for any date when you can get confirmed booking.( full payment at time of online booking is mandatory). Yesterday I visited Patang Re-Evolve, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. Went for lunch, it was really very good and classy feeling. Entrance they welcomed and show the menu and explain the process. Going up in height was sone good experience. Its totally a buffet menu with vegetarian options. I have tasted each n everything, basket chaat cold kebab was delicious. Spring roll nice.. lemon soup was wow. Pizza good taste with overloaded cheese, best . K noodles good spicy, main course wowww … nice perfect 👌. Dessert was just ok as very sweet so avoided. Mocktail was superb aam paana flavour. Ambience was really beautiful, service 👍🏻 great. From top Ahmedabad main bridges was seen. City view. A special mention to Saurabh Dobhal and Jamal for their exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. The food was delicious, with every dish crafted to perfection. The highlight, of course, was the iconic revolving dining experience, which was absolutely magical especially for my son, who was completely fascinated by it. What made this visit even more special was the nostalgia. I had visited Patang Hotel 15 years ago, and returning here brought back so many beautiful memories of Ahmedabad. The museum within the restaurant was another delightful surprise, rich in history and a joy to explore.Truly amazing

We had lunch over there with the time slot of 2 to 3pm. The food was healthy and delicious. The charges was about Rs.1800 per person + Gst. As per the charges the view, meal quantity and quality was fare enough. Recommended to go. The best part was they serve food as per the member to prevent the food waste.
