I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zodiac, located within the Fortune Landmark Hotel with a group of friends—there were nine of us. We arrived right at 6 PM, and the restaurant was totally empty; we were the only customers. Service Problems: It was very hard to get service. Even though there were no other customers, the staff members were always walking around, laughing, and talking to each other, but they didn't pay attention to us 😔. We had to wait just to place our order. My husband had to get up from his chair and walk over to find a waiter several times! This is completely unacceptable when we were the only people there. Food and Drink Issues: The food tasted only average, and the wait time was very, very long ⏰. 🥤 Mojito: The Mojito was brown and tasted more like iced tea than a proper drink.😔 🥤 Cola: Believe it or not, a simple Cola took over 30 minutes! 😮 They told us they had to cool it down first because they had no cold drinks or any ice ready. 🥪 Club Sandwich:

Had a team buffet lunch at Zodiac and the experience was very bad. On the Non Veg side just one sad chicken starter and the main course with Egg Curry and Basil Fish. On highlighting the concern they called for seperate butter chicken which was served after 30mins and that too was something else not butter chicken. Overall the dining experience was very sad and disappointing !!!

This is the all day dining restaurant of the hotel. Good food options in both veg and non-veg. Tried the Indian menu, taste was almost perfect. The chicken sandwiches are also good from the deli. Can have coffee also which was really good. Nice ambience with simple music playing in the background. It is slightly expensive but worth the quality.

We went to this Fine dining restaurant on 19 Sep 2023 for lunch. We had reached by 1315 and there was no waiting period and place was lightly packed. There is valet Parking available. It's located in a complex of Fortune landmark where there are other restaurants of the chain also. Ambience wise place is ok with simple decor (8/10). It has adequate seating and can accommodate 35 - 40 people I suppose, and does not appear congested (8/10). Restaurant Staff is courteous, polite and well behaved, we were attended by Karishma and Pritha (8/10). Menu is elaborate and includes multiple cuisines. (9/10). Service was prompt and My orders arrived hot and in reasonable amount of time. (9/10). We tried chilly chicken and Thai curry in yellow base which were prepared well and were tasty. My son tried there buffet which had quite wide and well prepared spread. Quantity wise they were filling for two person.(8/10). washroom was clean. All payment options were available. Had a buffet dinner at Zodiac and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—items from the live counter were served promptly upon ordering. The food quality and taste were very good, and the ambience was peaceful and homely. Special thanks to Mr. Bharat for making the dinner memorable, and to Shreya, Yamini, and Mr. Puja for their outstanding service.

This restaurant is a part of Fortune Landmark Hotel. The restaurant ambience is really nice. The staff is polite but the service was slow. We went after the regular lunch hours. There was no one checking if we need anything. After ordering the food we had to wait for a long time. After food came we had to call the waiter staff everytime for small things. I am assuming it might be due to non standard hours. The food taste is ok. Considering it's a five star hotel the price is on expensive category, the service should have been better.
