My visit at this cafe was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. The Blueberry Cheesecake didn't quite meet expectations, as it lacked the smooth, creamy texture that a good cheesecake should have. On the other hand, the Bombay Grill Sandwich was outstanding and truly made my evening with its delicious flavors and satisfying taste. The cappuccino and latte were also excellent, well-prepared, and enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the hygiene standards, as the café did not feel as clean as expected. While the food and beverages had their highlights, better cleanliness would significantly enhance the overall experience.

HONEST REVIEW:) I've been a regular visitor to Crush Coffee, but recently the overall experience has been quite disappointing. The café's environment is frequently disturbed by the staff speaking loudly, which makes it difficult for customers to enjoy their time. Whether someone is spending quality time with family or friends, having a meeting, or simply relaxing, the constant loud conversations create an uncomfortable atmosphere. I understand that the café may have its own operational policies, but the noise level is simply too high and negatively affects the customer experience. Unfortunately, despite being a regular customer, it now feels like it's time to find a different place to sit and spend time. I hope the management considers this feedback and takes steps to maintain a quieter and more welcoming environment for everyone.

Store wall glasses need to be cleaned everyday. It was so dirty and looks ugly. Tables were also not tidy. Otherwise the coffee was delicious. Music and ambience was also good. I liked it. Staff were good. Thanks.

I recently visited Crush Coffee Outlet and had an amazing experience. The café has a modern and cozy vibe, making it a great place for students, meetings, or casual hangouts. I tried their Java Chips Frappe, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and very refreshing. One of the best frappes I’ve had recently. The service was quick, staff was polite, and the overall atmosphere was positive. Being a marketing student, I really appreciate how well this place is positioned for young customers.
