Great brand. Convenient location. The Tomato Basil Soup was extraordinarily sweet. Defying our experiences of over 6 decades of having this soup across the globe, the staff insisted that its normal and despite offering them to taste it they were adamant that there was nothing wrong with it. The chicken teriyaki rice with chicken was well cooked. The sauce distinctly sweet- Odd. The veg lasagna was tolerable but the 2 of us had just one spoon each. Finally ordered dessert only to be told that there is only 1 portion of truffle on Thursday at 2pm. DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME SPRUCING OF THE PLACE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. In contrast Aromas at Powai is million points ahead, without exaggeration

Visited recently and absolutely loved the experience. The Christmas decor is stunning and the snowfall adds a really nice festive touch. They also have a Berry Festival going on, which makes the menu even more exciting. We tried the London Strawberry Chocolate, which was rich and indulgent, along with the berry ice bucket cooler that was very refreshing. Tried the Strawberry Classic Matcha for the first time — not bad at all. The highlight for me was the Strawberry & Pistachio waffle, which was absolutely delicious. For food, the paneer lollipops with ranch dip were flavourful, and the pink sauce pasta was so good that I’d happily come back just for that. Overall, great ambience, good quality food, and a place worth visiting, especially during the festive season.

One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. To begin with, the staff was extremely discourteous, lacked basic empathy, and had absolutely no understanding of hospitality. We asked for a Paneer Sizzler in black pepper sauce. The waitress first informed us that the sauce was discontinued because they use chicken stock in it. Fair enough. She then went to check with the kitchen and came back saying they could make a vegetarian version — BUT if “anything goes wrong,” they would not take it back and we would still have to eat it. Seriously? Who speaks to customers like that? What kind of hospitality is this? Why would anyone say something so bizarre to hungry guests trying to place an order? Then another male waiter came in and confidently said he “guarantees” it would be made properly and that we should order it. Aromas cafe has excellent service and kid friendly staff with feeding chairs available which is why parents with kids will appreciate going there. The food is ok varying from some items being very good to some items being average. I’ve been here on two separate occasions and the items i ordered were a mixed bag. Any coffee based cold beverages i ordered here e.g. ( Indian Kaapi,triple choco chunk brownie) were ok but lacking the coffee flavour with the former being the better option. The non coffee based cold beverages like caramel biscotti shake was better than the two above. Some of the breakfast food items though were unique and quite good. The spanish omelette and the breakfast rõsti were very good , the Turkish eggs were ok with good portion size and very filling. The lasagna in the mains was average but at least the portion size was good. Will visit again to check out more menu items. Edit: After more visits there are many other good items on the menu
