This is a decent place to dine in. The food items were pretty good. Number of items are good too, specially in main course and dessert. Tastewise I'd not say best tasting food, but defintly good. Price is pretty high. If you go without any discount offer, the buffet will not justify its price. With Zomato's 50% discount the buffet costed us around Rs. 3500 for 2 people. But this place is beautifully decorated and it has very well behaved staffs who take care of all the needs of a customer. So from that point it has premium quality service which sets this place apart. Overall we had a good experience here.

Visited Melange – Radisson Blu, Bengaluru recently for dinner and honestly… came for food, stayed for desserts 😄 The ambiance is elegant and chill, perfect for unwinding. The buffet spread is massive — loads of veg and non-veg options, enough to confuse even the most decisive foodie. Everything was well cooked and nicely presented. The highlight? A live piano performance by a super talented pianist. Fine dining with live music — felt a little fancy without trying too hard. Now coming to the dessert section 🍮🍰 — WOW. It was like a mini dessert festival. So many options that my plate saw multiple refills and my diet quietly left the building. From cakes to creamy treats, every sweet tooth was well taken care of (and slightly overworked 😋). Booked in advance via Swiggy Dineout and paid total around ₹3,000 for two, which felt totally worth it for the experience, food, and desserts (especially desserts!😅). Great place for a relaxed dinner or celebrations. Would definitely visit again!

We also had pulkha with butter chicken for both lunch and dinner, and the taste was absolutely top-notch. We have visited Melange at Radisson Blu Bangalore multiple times over the years for different occasions, and it has always been a place I associated with sophistication, great ambience, and quality service. Unfortunately, our visit on Valentine’s Day (14th Feb 2026) was disappointing. There was a birthday party happening simultaneously, and it clearly felt like the restaurant was understaffed to handle the rush. We had to repeatedly call for drinking water, which was never served. An order from the live counter was delivered to a different table. The roti/naan we ordered never arrived at all. Basic service coordination was missing. What sets Melange apart from other grill, barbecue, and buffet places in Bangalore is its refined, posh dining experience. But this time, that sophisticated environment was completely missing due to the overcrowding and lack of service attention. Had the dinner buffet there yesterday(Friday). We are vegetarians so this review is only for the veg part of the buffet. Spread - Ok, not lavish - 3* Taste - They forgot that food needs to taste well and missed to take care of that. A starter - some cheese ball was just paneer fritter. The juices were just cheap Appy Fizz sort of stuff in their cans. Main course was as tasteless as it could get. But the biggest letdown was their dessert section - Rajbhog was rubbery, and had no filling. Mango rasmalai was the worst ammalagum of rubbery sponge rasmalai and mango puree. A cake which was over before 8.45pm and never refilled. We left at 10.15pm. The moong dal halwa was prepared probably in water. The worst that I had till date. Nothing exciting or great in pastries either. Instead of a complimentary cake that they had informed over call before for our birthday celebration, they just provided a pastry. The buffet was so ordinary and tasteless on par or worse than any place charging you 6

This restaurant is in Radisson Blu on the outer ring road and hence a natural choice for the team lunch events that companies around this area would be looking for. one advantage is that this can seat more people than the stand alone restaurants. Coming to the food, it was good. it was not exceptional but good. Dishes felt a bit dry over all but the whole atmosphere covers up for that
