I have never experienced such shameless and disrespectful behavior from a restaurant in my life. If I could give Rutba Restaurant zero stars, I would. Horrible Service & Taste: The service is painfully slow. We waited forever just to get food that tasted absolutely awful. Wrong Order & Overcharged: They completely messed up our order. We ordered a specific pizza, they brought out something else entirely, and to make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us extra payment for their mistake! Disgusting Staff Behavior: When we tried to point out the mistake, the way the staff spoke to us was completely unacceptable. They were incredibly rude, arrogant, and had zero manners. The lack of professionalism is shameful. Save your time, your money, and your mood. Do not step foot into this place unless you want to be insulted and ripped off.
