Hi, this is Fatima. I ordered the Hazelnut Pastry, Chocolate Roll, and Chocolate Croissant, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The taste and quality were far below expectations, and I even ended up with a stomach ache afterward. Everything was excessively sweet, which made it difficult to enjoy. As someone who loves croissants and eats them regularly, I was particularly disappointed with the Chocolate Croissant. It lacked the flaky, crispy crust that a good croissant should have, and it seemed to be filled with an excessive amount of chocolate syrup rather than proper chocolate. The overwhelming sweetness completely masked the authentic taste of the croissant. The Chocolate Roll was also extremely sugary and did not taste like chocolate at all. The Hazelnut Pastry was just average, but nothing memorable. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not what I expected in terms of taste or quality.

I ordered 4 pastries but they gave me only 2, moreover when I asked to send me my rest of the pastries or refund, he said we have to order something to get my already paid pastries. This is really pathetic and he was not willing to help, when I said I will complaint about this the person was like ok. My suggestion is nit to buy anything, if they can’t offer customer service then there is not point of ordering anything even though this has so called good ratings.
