Atmosphere: If I had to describe the vibe of Zen cafe it would be "cosy". The interiors make you feel really comfortable and you can just relax and enjoy your meal time with some magazines. Food: My orders were definitely not the typical "cafe order" since I had visited for lunch and was hungry, so I had to order a proper fulfilling meal. I had ordered, "Moroccan chickpea curry with rice" and I kid you not it was so delicious. It had that perfect home-cooked healthy meal vibe and to compliment it I had ordered fresh lime soda. Service: Since I had visited on a busy day, staff was very much occupied but still attentive. Overall 10/10 would recommend this place. Tip: Make a prior reservation to save yourself from the hassle of waiting.

A Calm Vegetarian Haven in Kala Ghoda Tucked away in the charming bylanes of the food area at Kala Ghoda Zen Cafe is a lovely vegetarian-only spot that offers a welcome break from the city's rush. The interiors are quaint with a warm relaxed vibe and the space is spread across two levels – a cosy ground floor and a quieter mezzanine level that’s perfect if you’re looking for a bit more privacy or calm. The service is friendly and attentive which adds to the overall charm. The menu has plenty of interesting vegetarian options. We ordered the falafel wrap which was crunchy flavourful and left us wanting more. Light yet satisfying. The tomato pesto cheese sandwich was equally delicious – fresh and well made with comforting flavours. And the cappuccino – really one of the highlights. Very very good. Smooth strong and creamy just the way a proper cappuccino should be. Zen Cafe is the kind of place you’ll want to return to – for a peaceful solo break a quiet chat or simply to enjoy good

The ambience is great! If you don’t want to be disturbed and get your work done, this is THE place. The staff takes your order and gives you the bill, does not ask you to order more or insist on ordering more things. The hot chocolate is perfect and the quantity is great as well.
