Hi, This is to share with you all as it happened with me yesterday. My sis ordered a fruit cake from UK on zomato from Puri bakers on my birthday. The zomato delivery person scammed us never delivered the cake on premises and when enquired said delivered and the app confirmed too. I talked to the puri baker manager that my cake wasnt delivered and he communicated that the delivery person never returned the order . I told them to block such scruplous person of zomato but he said this happens these days. I said your image is hampering but he didnt paid heed to me and said we can't block them. I even called the zomato delivery person he straightly told me fabricated story of leaving it at a place other than mentioned address in the order as instructed by his zomato team. He couldnt provide me the picture and the pinned location too when asked to give it as evidence. Even the zomato company is scruplous they took their employee side. Puri Bakers is just a hype and nothing else. Very much disappointed by going there. I had purcahsed a packet of suji rusk 3-4 days ago but later on realised that i want to have sauf rusk so i went to make it change. But instead of changing it, some illmannered and undressed staff said we will not change. The packet was factory sealed and i asked what if u were on my part so he replied “Mein toh phenk deta”. Means seriously its just a matter of 100 rupes but puri bakers is so money minded that they didn’t even think about customer satisfaction. I must say there are many other options other than Puri Baker so leave going there because they think they have monopoly in market.

It's a good size Puri Bakers store on ground floor, but get ng parking around on this road is a problem. They have large variety of cakes, cookies, breads and ready to eat snacks like kulchas, patties etc etc. Quality, taste and presentation is ok. They carge extra for box packing of cookies. There's good number of gift packs as well.

I purchased a millet cake from their store ( Pitampura Delhi ) , but when I took a bite, I was shocked to find a small worm 🐛 in it! 🐛 Not only was it unappetizing, but it also raises serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. I've attached pictures of the cake wrapper and the worm for reference. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending Puri Bakers to anyone until they improve their quality control and food safety standards."

Hey Folks! No doubt when I first saw the cake, it was just one word, WOW!! . This place is the best not only for its cakes tastes but the art of customising a cake is superb !! Also they are too customer friendly as they considered all my points and made it accordingly, as I looked 2-3 more bakeries for this but I found Puri bakers the most flexible. It will be great if they start delivering too.
